Leadership

There is a plethora of definitions and frameworks for leadership.

We believe good leadership is primarily about key outcomes -

  • First, the defining of the strategy or future direction of the organisation;

  • Second, the call to action by motivating, encouraging, rewarding and unifying the team to strive for the change; and

  • Third, working on the organisational aspects - culture, systems, capabilities, resourcing and channels - that enable the team to implement the change.


Most of the barriers to change lie in those organisational  aspects and addressing these is of the highest priority if you wish to succeed.
