Ken Pritchett's approach to change is both facilitatory and as a coach. He believes the client must develop and own the change. His skill is in helping the leaders develop a compelling vision of what needs to be done and how to do it.
Ken is agnostic when it comes to frameworks and tools but he can provide these if the client so wants. He has expereince with many of the leading tools and approaches. His drive is more to organising and getting the change done.
We support some clients through the process of crafting the strategy to execution. Others we support in just buidling the vision and change plan. In others we simply coach the CEO and Execuitves in support of the strategy and plan.
Our endeavour is simply to support the client with what they want and need. It may be large, but it is often small to medium
