Ken Pritchett Associates was formed in 1990 as a change management and human resources advisory firm to assist clients in large scale strategic change - cultural, structural and geographic.

For a decade it was associated with a larger corporate advisory firm, The Broughtons Group, which included Sir Eric McClintock, Paul McClintock, Christopher Cuff, Abby Bloom, Robert Rae, Peter Bunting and Andy MacDougal.

Ken Pritchett was also the convenor and executive director of the Human Resources Leadership Forum, a by invitation network of Australia's top HR Directors

Subsequent associations have been with Mainsheet Advisory (now the strategy arm of PWC) and Whyte & Co.
