The Roadmap to Change - KPA v1

One of the keys to defining, designing and developing the strategy is to have a clear roadmap that demonstrates what needs to be done over a scheduled timespan as well as breaking the work up into segments and projects.

Once you have such a Roadmap to Change then it becomes an ideal communication tool for all Executives to talk to (the Big Picture) as well as report against. It is the tool that best integrates the various aspects of the work to be done before doing the plan.

It promotes and organises regular consultation, skills transfer/building and communications.
